Syntan AR 767 is a leather chemical that can be used as the main tanning and retanning agent for chrome free and chrome leather. Suitable applications include: automotive, upholstery and shoe upper.

Characteristics

– Can be used as the main tanning and retanning agent for chrome free and chrome automotive leathers.

– Relaxes the leather fibres. As a result dyestuffs, fatliquors and other syntans can penetrate deeper and more evenly. The resulting leathers have an outstanding fluffy softness.

– Gives a fine and even milling pattern in all parts of the hide.

– Ensures full and level dyeing with very little bleaching.

– Is not a strong filling syntan wet white can be shaved closely to the required final substance. This helps to achieve the required tear strength values for chrome free automotive leathers in particular.
