General-purpose retanning agent for fine-grained articles Characteristics Retanning agent Syntan GP-N is based upon the latest syntan technology and has very low bisphenol emissions. Syntan GP-N has self-tanning properties and can partly replace vegetable tanning agents during tannage. It disperses vegetable tanning agents and improves their uptake and distribution in the leather. The resulting leathers have a paler shade, a smooth and elastic grain, with fuller flanks. Suitable for all leather types including leathers where polishing or glazing is required.
